In the jigsaw puzzle that is ski racing, nutrition makes up all of the corner pieces. It’s a great place to start and frame your training with something that will keep you going. As a team, we have made great efforts to integrate good nutritional attitudes into our culture through working with a nutritionist and teaming up with the local growers at Earth Sky Time Community Farm (for whom we will soon unveil a food blog!).
Now, by the initiative of team member Annie Hart, we’re taking what we’ve learned and looking to teach up and coming athletes how to prepare meals that will keep them rolling, strong and confident (while eating tasty desserts along the way).
